All the PTFE belts we manufacture to fit Lawrence tortilla press equipment are hand cut and made in our facility in the UK. We take special care and attention to the accuracy of the cutting and the application of the indexing strips. The joint is made from enduring Aramid (often known as Kevlar) which allows the pin to easily be inserted for fast on site installation.

Our sealing bands are made from high performance PTFE coated materials that are specifically designed in house. The belts are made to specifically fit your Bosch heat sealing machine. Please note that the products we manufacture are not genuine OEM parts. We only reference the brand Bosch as a way to inform you the machine make our sealing bands are suited for in terms of size and specification. Our rotary sealing bands are made by taking two plies of our special bronze coloured PTFE coated glass cloth and heat bonding them to create a double layer. The twin layer band means the joint area has a uniform thickness the same as the rest of the belt. The key advantage to this is that there will be no mark off on to the product when the joint area comes in to contact with the product being sealed. Our special bronze bands have a modified PTFE coated surface that has been extensively tested and proven to offer extended life over standard Tefsil 3 2 ply brown bands. Most of the rotary sealing bands on the market today tend to be in brown (Tefsil 3) which does not have the modified surface.
Techbelt manufacturers PTFE coated heat sealing bands that are specifically designed to be installed on your Fischbein heat sealing equipment. Please note that the products we manufacture are not genuine OEM parts and the reference to Fischbein is only there to inform you the type of machine our sealing band can be fitted to. The rotary bands are made by laminating 2 plies of special bronze coloured PTFE coated glass cloth materials together. This allows us to ensure the joint area has the same thickness as the rest of the belt. The benefit of this is that there will be no mark off on to the product when in contact with the joint. The special bronze bands have a modified surface that has been proven to offer extended life over standard bands. Most sealing bands on the market tend to be in brown which does not have the modified surface. These however are still very popular and something we produce in house.

Our over liner is made using a super duty PTFE coated fiberglass. This is thicker than the liner offered by Lakeland and Aldi. The benefit to this is that the oven liner will last longer giving you value for money. The great feature about our liner is that it will catch any spills or splashes from boiled over food and can easily be wiped cleaned with soapy water. Please ensure the liner in your oven is cool before doing this! The non-stick liner will operate at a constant temperature of 260 degree C which is higher than the maximum temperature of most domestic ovens. Because we have vast stocks of this material we can cut this to any size you require so please call us if your size is not listed below.

Ideal for Bonding and welding small patches to conveyor belts that are in need of a quick repair whilst on the machine. There is no control unit, the temperature is automatically reached and the iron can then be safely left on all day. The handle is made from wood as standard, if required we can supply the iron with a white Nylon handle for use in a controlled food production environment.
We manufacture two sizes of PTFE (Teflon) coated fabric hand welders. The shorter unit is ideal for making small joints on PTFE belts in situ on a machine or welding patches to belts that have been running on machines and are in need of a quick repair. The larger welding iron is generally used for manufacturing and patching PTFE coated architectural membrane structures.
Our PTFE (Teflon) belt edge welding press is designed for PTFE belt manufacturers and products, it creates a flat and true weld to reinforce edges of PTFE conveyor belts. Using Festo pneumatic cylinders and powerful heating elements for efficiency, its lower beam can be swung out to allow for belts to be slid on and off the platens. Both joints and edges can be sealed due to the offset platen design, it can bond / weld most types of PTFE (Teflon) coated fabrics and materials. The operation start is offered by foot pedal or dual button for safety.
An easy to use, reliable and ergonomically friendly solution for welding the seams of PTFE & silicone coated materials specifically used as architectural tensile structures. A temperature range of up to 500°C allows the vulcanising of both silicone and PTFE coated materials. Being both light weight and manoeuvrable, the low profile rigid frame design allows easy loading of materials through the press.
