Fusing Machine Belts

We are a specialist manufacturer of aftermarket fusing and laminating machine belts which we can produce to fit any kind of Meyer laminator or fusing equipment. We make all our product in our UK based facility to customer order all made from premium grade, high quality fabrics. PTFE (Teflon) coated glass cloth forms the main structure of the conveyor belt with an anti-static PTFE (Teflon) surface. We can construct any size of laminator or fusing PTFE belt to suit all machines currently on the market. The PTFE coating has a continuous service temperature of up to 260⁰C.
The belts are supplied with the ends prepared to be welded on site by the customer. The edges are reinforced and have eyelets down both edges to accept springs.

They are made here in our UK based facility to order and are made from high quality premium grade fabrics. PTFE coated glass cloth forms the carcus of the belt with an anti-static PTFE coating on the working surface. We can manufacture any size of fusing or laminator belt to suit any machine on the market. The PTFE coating will work at temperatures up to 260⁰C

Techbelt is a supplier of seamless fusing and laminator machine belts that can be woven and coated up to 3200mm in width and 13mtr in circumference. Our products are aftermarket products and not Genuine OEM parts. The belts that we supply are made to suit specific machine sizes in the market. Our use of the name Hashima is only to advise that the belts we make will fit this particular brand of machine and in no way are we advertising our belts are OEM parts. The materials we use are of the highest quality and are high performance grades. The belts are black in colour which is achieved by adding a special additive to the PTFE (also known as Teflon) liquid prior to coating on the glass fibre. The glass fibre forms the main structure of the belt and this is the part that is woven as a tube to create a belt that has no seam. The seamless belt ensures there will be no mark off on to delicate products when being heat laminated.
